Registration for classes is available ONLINE or in-person at the Front Desk at KCI.

If you do not see the class you are looking for online it means that it is full. There may be limited room to go over capacity but those enrollments are only available in person at the front desk.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only given for the following situations and must be submitted by completing the Refund Request Form at the Front Desk. 

1. Notification of withdrawal from class two weeks prior to the first lesson.  (30 days notice required for summer camps)

2. Student medical emergency with a copy of physician's verification provided.

Only the Program Director has the authority to approve refund requests.  Processing times do vary.

Please note that no refunds are given for House League enrollments.

Inclement Weather Policy

Delayed school openings and closings do not necessarily affect

or alter class, game, or practice times.

Programs are held as usual unless posted on our website.
