May-June LTS Classes

Late Spring May-June LTS classes are now open for enrollment!  The schedule is NOW AVAILABLE.  Stop in at the Front Desk to enroll!


Ballet Class for Skaters!

KCI is excited to continue to offer off-ice ballet class for skaters.

This class will focus on core strengthening, posture, flexibility, arm and leg control, and body awareness. Skaters will do floor and barre exercises which will supplement on-ice abilities like artistry, flexibility, extensions and body control and movement.

Skaters in Basic 6 & above (and Adult 4 & above) are invited to drop in to this off-ice class! (Class subject to capacity limit.)

Katrina Shalin will teach this class on Sunday evenings 4:10pm-5:10pm. This class is $20.

Class begins Sunday, March 18.

Kettler Capitals Iceplex is open year-round for ice skating.  We have public skating hours each day and offer skate rentals on site.

 

Looking to take skating lessons?  Kettler offers Learn to Skate sessions approximately every 7 weeks year-round for youth and adults.  Spaces still available in the August - October series.  All classes have started.  Pleae stop in at the Front Desk at KCI to register for classes.  Call us at 571-224-0555 to check if space is available.

Our Sky High Academy will prepare you for competitive skating and our experienced instructors also offer private lessons.

Kettler Capitals Iceplex is proud to be home to the Capitol Steps Synchronized Skating Teams.  Synchronized skating is an exciting and highly technical form of figure skating.  Synchro is performed by teams of 8-20 skaters and incorporates aspects of singles, pairs, and ice dancing into a team sport.
