SHSA May-June

If you are not participating in the Ice Show but are still enrolled in our Bronze membership you will notice the Sunday night SHSA freestyles no longer exist. We will still keep the Thursday morning freestyles through May and June exclusively for you and our Freestyle participants in the show.

Look for our Summer Sky High Skating Academy Program, now enrolling, to include many more group classes for both on and off the ice.

Ballet Class for Skaters!

KCI is excited to continue to offer off-ice ballet class for skaters.

This class will focus on core strengthening, posture, flexibility, arm and leg control, and body awareness. Skaters will do floor and barre exercises which will supplement on-ice abilities like artistry, flexibility, extensions and body control and movement.

Skaters in Basic 6 & above (and Adult 4 & above) are invited to drop in to this off-ice class! (Class subject to capacity limit.)

Katrina Shalin will teach this class on Sunday evenings 4:15pm-5:15pm. This class is $20.

STARS

STARS is Standardized Testing of Athleticism to Recognize Skaters.

US Figure Skating will be at KCI on July 24 & 25 to offer the STARS Combine program.
